MeetingsOctober 27, 2007, Monterey, CACNS staff members presented research findings on a number of key issues, including updates on illicit nuclear trafficking, the promises and perils of nanobiotechnology, and Russian perspectives on nuclear terrorism. The meeting concluded with a lunch discussion by Egypt's Ambassador to the United States Nabil Fahmy on nuclear developments in the Middle East.
